Story board

on the 4th of Decemeber we created our story board.

After developing our ideas together we created a rough outline of our story board including the action within the shot and the type of shot will be used. Once we had this together and finished we started to finalize these plans and complete a final story board. It included details on:

- type of lighting,

- angle shots,

- and timings of the shots.

Some of the shots that we wanted to use was able to evoke certain emotions and responces from out audience, we wanted to not show the antagonists face as we thought this would dehumanise him and this could make the audience feel thretend by him.

We plan to add different types of sounds to our story board after we have filmed it. This will help us during the editing process to add the ambiance sounds and non-diegetic sounds to our images and shots. The timings of the shots written on the storyboard are a guideline, we have decided to leave some room for changes in order to reach our target of two minuets.

Amendments

We decided during our filming not to incorporate a laptop. We decided this because the lighting would have been disrupted, meaning that our choice of low key lighting would be more difficult to create if we had a laptop screen within the shots. However, we still was able to create a modern theme throughout our opening scene as we included dialogue in modern tone.
